With 29 years experience in Senior Pastoring, Jenny comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge offering both deep insight and Holy Spirit solutions. Through all seasons and through great highs and lows she brings both empathy as well as sharp wisdom into the lives of senior leaders and their teams.
Jenny has a unique ability to intuitively discern current church predicaments and dilemmas. She offers well paced strategies that take churches and their senior leaders out from complex difficulties into new seasons of peace and growth.
Her forte is to involve the gifts of the Holy Spirit into the directional and pastoral aspects of church formation and development.
Coaching Leaders of Charities
Jenny Gilpin was the Founder and former CEO of a British charity that subcontracted to the British government to restore the identity and the dignity of women, men and children released from the torment and destruction of modern day slavery. Many were freed from brothels and some from illegal labour camps from across Britain.
Jenny‘s proficiency and deep compassion, along with a truly dedicated team of passionate staff and volunteers, created a culture of restoration that provided a haven for those torn from their homes and homelands in the search of a better life.
The charity started as a home for women with life controlling issues and slowly evolved into a place of restoration for survivors of human trafficking due to its close relationship with local law enforcement.
Jenny‘s charity went on to create a network of both large and small British companies that offered employment opportunities to the survivors of trafficking after they’d completed their time in the program. Jenny’s organisation also wrote much of the British law relating to Victim Care.
In the past number of years, Jenny has been involved in giving wisdom to Australian charities and, for a season, became the CEO of a philanthropic fund designed to help charities get established. She has coached a broad range of charity and not for profit CEOs and continues to do so.
